Plumpton man scores $1 million in Monday Lotto

Friday 11 May - A Plumpton man was overwhelmed to receive a phone call from NSW Lotteries to advise him of his $1 million Monday Lotto windfall. The man in his mid-fifties was unaware of his good fortune until Thursday morning.

The winner said that the money will make his future retirement very comfortable.

“Thank God. Thank you so much for telling me this wonderful news,” the winner exclaimed.

“I am over the moon, I can hardly speak I’m so excited.

“I will invest the money for our retirement, we will have a much more comfortable life in the future,” the winner added.

The Plumpton man, a regular Lotto player, purchased his winning six game entry from Plumpton Marketplace Newsagency at Plumpton Marketplace, Jersey Road, Plumpton.

The winning numbers in Monday Lotto, draw 3136 were 45, 20, 44, 21, 18 and 3. The supplementary numbers were 31 and 25.
