The Qld Reds  will be looking to get back to winning ways against the ACT Brumbies  on Saturday night, in their first home match since suffering three consecutive defeats on a horror road trip. A strong start to the new campaign has quickly been forgotten with back-to-back losses in South Africa followed by a 45-19 drubbing at the hands of Western Force last week. Wallabies Radike Samo and Beau Robinson are set to return but Quade Cooper and the Faingaa brothers are amongst those still on the Reds long injury list.

While the Reds have been somewhat disappointing in 2012, the Brumbies have surpassed the expectations of even their most ardent fans, with three wins from five matches giving them top spot in the Australian conference. They will be confident of collecting another win this weekend after winning in Brisbane last year. In much better form this season and against an injury decimated opponent, Jake White’s side have a great chance of collecting another win.

The unbeaten Stormers  face the Highlanders - who lead the New Zealand conference- in Dunedin on Saturday, while the Bulls  and Crusaders  round out this week’s fixtures in Pretoria.
