Brisbane Roar will take a 2-0 lead to Bluetongue Stadium for the return leg of their major semi-final against the Central Coast Mariners , confident of earning the right to host the season finale for the second consecutive season. Last week’s win for the Roar meant that they have defeated the Mariners in three of the four meetings between the clubs this season including a 2-0 win at this ground in February. In fact, Brisbane is unbeaten here, having won eight and drawn four of the twelve matches that they have played at Bluetongue Stadium.
Mohamed Adnan and Henrique are expected to return for the visitors after not making the trip to Korea for the Roar’s AFC Champions League fixture against Ulsan, while the hosts came through their 1-1 draw with Seongnam Ilhwa Chunma unscathed and should have a full squad to choose from.
