Wembley places host to an international friendly between England and Netherlands on Thursday morning (AEST) with the Three Lions playing their first match since Fabio Capello resigned from the national post earlier this month, despite building an impressive record with the side. England has lost just one of its past fourteen games and has tasted defeat on only one occasion at home in their last 21 fixtures. Having said that however, their record against Netherlands is not as impressive, with just a solitary victory in the past eleven encounters against them. The last four meetings between the teams have resulted in a draw .
World champions Spain take on Venezuela in Malaga, while European heavyweights Germany and France will clash in Bremen.
