Wednesday 7 November, 2012 - Four winning entries shared in last night’s record-breaking first division prize pool of $111,972,151.04 million!
Each division one winning entry picking up a total of $27,993,037.76 in the draw. Two of the winning entries were purchased in Victoria, one in New South Wales and one in Queensland.
Golden Casket is yet to speak with Queensland’s first division Oz Lotto winner of more than $27.9 million, who purchased their entry in Townsville.
Golden Casket Spokesperson Elissa Lewis said the Townsville winner is holding an unregistered entry.
“As the winning entry was unregistered, we were unable to contact the winner following last night’s draw to share the life-changing news,” Ms Lewis said.
“Our message for players is, if you purchased an unregistered ticket in Townsville that you believe has won a division one prize in last night’s Oz Lotto draw, we urge you to contact Golden Casket on 131 868 to confirm and secure your prize.
“Your privacy is important to us at this very exciting time in your life and we’re looking forward to hearing from you,” she added.
As two winning families in the ACT and Victoria had registered their entries to their players card they were able to be contacted by an Oz Lotto official following the draw to share the news.
In addition to the huge jackpot prize more than 3.5 million prizes were won across Australia in divisions two to seven, sharing in more than $66.5 million.
The winning numbers in Oz Lotto’s $100 million draw 977 on 6 November 2012 were 29, 43, 8, 7, 15, 2 and 13, with the supplementary numbers 21 and 20.
Oz Lotto will offer a $2 million division one prize in next week’s draw.
Lotto players still have an opportunity to win big this week with a $20 million Powerball jackpot this Thursday.
