Victorian Powerball winners scoop $15 million EACH!

Friday 16 November, 2012 - A massive $30 million Powerball jackpot has been split between two winning entries in Victoria!

One of the entries worth $15 MILLION was purchased in Nunawading from Mountainview Newsagency, and the other in Beaconsfield from Beaconsfield Village Lotto.

Tatts Spokesperson Zoe Knobel said they are still waiting to speak to both of the winners.

“Overnight, two Powerball tickets in Victoria won their owners a handsome sum of $15 million,” Ms Knobel said.

“Both of the entries were registered to Tatts Cards, but unfortunately the contact details on those member cards are out of date so we can’t reach the winners to share the life-changing news!

“Tatts encourages anyone who purchased a registered Powerball entry using their Tatts Card who thinks they may have won a first division prize to contact Tatts on 1300 556 646,” she added.

There were two division one winners in Victoria in Powerball draw 861 on 15 November 2012 who will each claim a $15 million first division prize.

The winning numbers in last night’s draw were 37, 24, 25, 16 and 8 and the Powerball was number 5.
