Arsenal Continue Top Four Push

Arsenal  travel to Craven Cottage to face Fulham  on Tuesday morning, continuing their push for a top four finish in the league. The Gunners go into the match on the back of a 1-0 over QPR, although the win came at a price with key defender Thomas Vermaelen suffering a calf strain during the match.

Fulham were held to a draw  away to Norwich on New Year’s Eve after conceding an equaliser in the fourth minute of added time. That result meant that they have lost just two of their last eight league matches, although their home record hasn’t been great, losing three of their past five at the cottage.

When the teams met at the Emirates six weeks ago, the game finished 1-1 .

Other matches scheduled for tonight see Wolverhampton  host Chelsea  and Stoke City  travel to Blackburn , who will be full of confidence after their win over Manchester United at Old Trafford.
