    3. An entrant will receive no (0) Tipping Points for a drawn match
  9. Following the completion of the first match of each round during the Regular Season, a Margin Accuracy Score will be calculated. This score will be calculated depending upon whether the entrant has tipped the winning team or the losing team as follows:
    1. Where the entrant has tipped the winning team for the match, the Margin Accuracy Score will equal the difference between the entrant’s Selected Margin (X) and the actual difference in points between the winning team and the losing team for the match (Y).
      Example: If John selects Team A to win by 10 points, his Selected Margin (X) is 10. If Team A defeats Team B by 6 points, the actual difference in points between the winning team and the losing team for the match (Y) is 6. As John tipped the winning team (Team A), John’s Margin Accuracy Score is 4 (10-6).
    2. Where the entrant has tipped the losing team for the match, the Margin Accuracy Score will equal the sum between the entrant’s Selected Margin (X) and the actual difference in points between the winning team and the losing team for the match (Y).
      Example: If John selects Team A to win by 10 points, his Selected Margin (X) is 10. If Team B defeats Team A by 6 points, the actual difference in points between the winning team and the losing team for the match (Y) is 6. As John tipped the losing team (Team A), John’s Margin Accuracy Score is 16 (10+6).
  10. At the time of an entrant submitting their tips, TattsBet’s then-current head-to-head fixed price of each selection made will be stored against that tip. All odds correspond with the official bookmaker prices set by TattsBet pursuant to its wagering licences in Queensland, South Australia, Tasmania and the Northern Territory. The calculation methods and other information used by TattsBet in setting prices will not be disclosed to entrants. The determination of odds by TattsBet is final and binding on all entrants, and no correspondence will be entered into regarding prices.
  11. Following the completion of each match during the Regular Season entrants will be awarded a score based on the hypothetical net winnings they would have received had they placed a $1 head-to-head fixed price bet with Tatts.com on each match for which they submitted a tip at the price applying to that tip (Tatts Score) in accordance with Section 10. This is calculated based on the following rules:
    1. An entrant will receive one (1) Tatts Score Point for each $1 (or part thereof) of hypothetical net winnings they would have received for each match they tipped correctly;
    2. An entrant will have one (1) Tatts Score Point deducted for each match they did not tip correctly;
    3. An entrant will receive no (0) Tatts Score Points for a drawn match
  12. If an entrant:
    1. does not submit their tips for any round during the Regular Season, then:
      1. the entrant’s tips for that round will be assigned to the “away teams”; and
      2. the entrant’s Margin Accuracy Score for that round will equal the actual difference in points between the winning team and the losing team for the match; and
      3. the entrant’s Tatts Score will be based on the associated final head-to-head fixed prices at the close of that round.
    2. registers their tipping profile (See Section 7(b)) after the start of the Regular Season, then:
      1. the entrant’s tips for those rounds which have been completed will not attract any Tipping Points; and
      2. the entrant’s Margin Accuracy Score will equal the actual difference in points between the winning team and the losing team for the match that is available for those rounds which have been completed; and
      3. one (1) Tatts Score Point will be deducted for every tipping choice that is available for those rounds which have been completed.
    3. Submits their tip for a match after the fixed price market for the match has closed (but prior to the Tipping Deadline), then the fixed price used to calculate the Tatts Score for the tip will be the closing head to head fixed price for that match.
    4. Submits their tip for a match while the fixed price market for the match is suspended and
      1. The market is subsequently reopened before the Tipping Deadline, then the fixed price used to calculate the Tatts Score for the tip will be the fixed price applicable at the time the market is reopened; or
