Tatts Card members
For Tatts Card members it's easy to check if you've won a prize. Have your card scanned in-store at a Tatts Outlet and the lottery terminal will let you know if you have any unclaimed prizes.
If you have unclaimed prizes registered to your Tatts Card and forget to claim a prize we'll automatically send you a prize cheque four weeks after the draw^.
prizes less than $1,500
Prizes less than $1,500 may be claimed at any Tatts Outlet in Victoria and Tasmania provided that the entry was purchased in one of these jurisdictions. Tickets purchased in the Northern Territory with prizes less than $1,500 may be claimed at any Tatts Outlet in the Northern Territory.
Tatts Quick outlets
Prizes less than $200 may also be claimed at Tatts Quick Outlets (7-Eleven) in Victoria.

Claiming your prize at a Tatts Outlets
- PRIZES $1,500 - $3,999.99: At their discretion, Tatts Outlets may pay prizes $1,500 - $3,999.99 immediately or make alternative arrangements for payment.
- PRIZES FROM $4,000 - $24,999.99: At their discretion, Tatts Outlets may pay prizes from $4,000 and up to $24,999.99 (with the exception of first division prizes) after obtaining authorisation from Tatts.
- NB: Tatts Quick Outlets are unable to pay prizes $200 and over.
lodging a Prize Claim by mail
All prizes over $1,500 can be claimed within six months of a draw by completing the Prize Claim Form and following the instructions.
Download and complete the Prize Claim Form and include this in an envelope together with the ORIGINAL winning lottery ticket/s and/or syndicate share, remembering to write your name and address on the back of the ticket/s and keep copies for your own records.
Secure the Prize Claim Form and your ORIGINAL winning lottery tickets in an envelope, affix a postage stamp and post to the address below.

Your prize payment will be processed and paid within 10 working days of receipt of your Prize Claim Form by Tatts Administration. Cheque payments will be mailed direct to the claimant or, for Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT), payment will be deposited directly into the nominated bank account.
lodging a Prize Claim in person
You can lodge your claim in pwerson at the Tatts Victorian Office address listed below, however prizes cannot be paid immediately at this address.

To lodge your claim in person at Tatts you will need:
- To complete a Prize Claim Form
- Present the original lottery ticket
- Provide identification such as a Drivers Licence or Passport
- For registered tickets, the Tatts Card to which the ticket is registered must be presented

First Division Prizes
First division prizes are only available for payment from the fi rst business day two weeks following the draw. All lower division prizes are available the next day (with the exception of The Pools which is available the Tuesday after the draw).
Claiming your prizes more than six months from the draw date
Victoria
Tickets purchased in Victoria should be forwarded directly to the State Revenue Office. To make a claim write your name and address on the back of the original ticket and send the ticket to: State Revenue Office Unclaimed Moneys GPO Box 1641 Melbourne VIC 3001
Tasmania
Prizes that remain unclaimed after six months from the draw date from tickets purchased in Tasmania, please contact Tatts Customer Service.
Northern Territory
Prizes that remain unclaimed after six months from the draw date can be claimed by completing the Prize Claim Form above and following the mailing instructions. For tickets purchased from 30 July 2012 all prizes must be claimed within 3 years from the date of the draw.

lost lottery tickets
Please be careful with your lottery ticket because it is a bearer document and if it is stolen or you lose it, someone else could claim the prize.
If your lottery ticket is not registered to a Tatts Card, complete a Lost Damaged Ticket Search Form which may assist us to locate your Entry in our lottery system.
However, please note that Tatts is not required to pay prizes in respect of unregistered lottery tickets that cannot be produced for prize verification, and as such clear and irrefutable evidence satisfactory to Tatts will be required before Tatts will exercise its discretion to pay a prize on an Entry.

Tatts Card members - lost registered lottery tickets
If you are a Tatts Card member and you lose your lottery ticket registered to your Tatts Card, you should contact us. A security 'Stop' can be placed on your entry, preventing the prize from being paid to someone else, provided it hasn't already been claimed.
