Will Tatts alert me personally if I have won a prize?

Tatts only contacts Tatts Card members. If you receive an email claiming to be from Tatts regarding a major prize win, it is likely to be a scam.

Tatts Card members are notified of any minor prizes that have not been claimed when using their Tatts Card at a Tatts Outlet, and will also receive a cheque automatically posted to them 4 weeks after the draw, for any prizes not already claimed.

I live interstate, how do I claim a prize?

You will need to complete a Prize Claim form - Price Claim Form download. Once you have downloaded and completed the form, enclose your ORIGINAL winning lottery tickets, remembering to keep copies for your own records. Secure the Prize Claim Form and your original winning lotto tickets in an envelope, affix a postage stamp and post to:

You will receive a prize cheque in the mail within 2-3 weeks.

Do I need to pay tax on my winnings?

No. As with all Tatts products, prizes are tax-free.
