Account Information
Sometimes also referred to as a CVC, "CVV" stands for Credit card Validation Value and is a 3 digit code on the back of your Visa or Mastercard credit card. Where the 3 digit CVV is not shown on its own, it is normally the last 3 digit group of numbers on the back of your credit card. This code will be a mandatory requirement from May 2007 and has been introduced by Visa and Mastercard as an additional protection for credit card customers.
To complete your funds deposit transaction, simply enter the 3 digit CVV from the back of the credit card that you have registered for use and complete the deposit/purchase process as you would normally.
Due to the change in credit union BSB structures in July 2010 Tatts online may not recognize your BSB. Either call Tatts Customer Support on 1300 556 646 or email us and provide the Consultant with your BSB details.
Our Revenue Accounting department will add the BSB to our database and you should be able to add/change the bank account the next business day.
Funds may be withdrawn from your Account in the following ways:
- Online Direct Credit to an Australian bank account (Australian members only)
- Cheque or Bank Draft
Prior to the first withdrawal from a Tatts account, you will be required to verify your age, identity and residential address provided by you during registration. You can verify your identity online.
New members can make purchases up to a maximum of AUD $1,000.00 per week. This maximum limit may be increased upon request by contacting Customer Support but any increase is first subject to Tattersall's Lotteries discretion.
Funds may be withdrawn from your Account in the following ways:

Logging In

If you have forgotten your password:
- Click on the Forgot? link in the Log-In bar
- Enter in your Username, Surname and Date of Birth.
- Click on the Submit button
- You will receive an email containing your new Password.
Once you have your Username and Password you can log-in again from the Home Page. You will then be asked to change this Password to ensure the security of your Account and you will be able to start purchasing.
Yes. You can change your password at any time by clicking on the Update Details option in the Account menu. Your password must be between 7 to 12 characters and must contain a letter and a number.
As part of Tattersall's commitment to responsible gaming, this website offers you the ability to self-exclude from further purchasing. If you feel that you are experiencing difficulties, self-exclusion is a means of preventing further transactions from your Account for an initial 180 day period. To self-exclude:
Self-exclusion involves the submission of a Self Exclusion Notice which is able to be completed online. Members considering Self-Exclusion should carefully read the terms and conditions outlined in the Notice. If you agree to these conditions and would like to continue with Self Exclusion, complete the details at the bottom of the page and press Submit.
Your completed Self Exclusion Notice will then be submitted and your registered account will be de-activated immediately, for an initial period of 180 days.
Please note that after this period your account can only be re-activated upon receipt of a written request by you. This written request should be directed to Tatts Online.
