Players Club is the safest way to play

Adds security to your prizes

Players Club members receive exclusive benefits that means we can help make sure you get your prizes. And from Monday 21 May 2012, members will need to present both their card and ticket to claim a prize in store. It's a simple but effective way of adding extra even more protection to your prizes. Use your card when you play

Make sure you use your Players Club card whenever you play lotto.

Every time you present your Players Club card when you buy a lotto ticket from a NSW Lotteries Outlet we'll tell you instantly if you have any unclaimed prizes.

And rest assured that if you forget to claim a prize (excluding first division prizes), we’ll automatically send you a cheque or free ticket certificate, containing the new ticket entry details, three to four weeks after the draw for prizes over $1,000 and up to $10,000^. Unclaimed prizes $1,000 or less and prizes over $10,000 are automatically paid by cheque after eight weeks. If your ticket is a multi-week or multi-draw entry, your prize will be paid 8 weeks after the last draw on the ticket.

And if you're claiming a prize in store after 21st May 2012, you'll be required to present your Players Club card together with your winning ticket when claiming a prize. Find out more

Save games for faster play

Enter and record your favourite numbers every week without any hassles, whether you're playing Saturday Lotto, Powerball, Oz Lotto, Monday & Wednesday Lotto, Lotto Strike or The Pools. Just hand over your card and completed entry coupons for any game you play on a regular basis and ask your NSW Lotteries Retailer to store the entries onto your card – it’s that easy!

You can store up to 50 different entries on your Players Club card including marked coupons, you can even register QuickPick entries. Plus, you can change your numbers whenever you like!

Security for lost tickets

If you have a Players Club card and you lose a registered ticket, a security 'stop' can be placed on your ticket, preventing it from being paid to someone else, provided it hasn't already been claimed. Anyone who doesn't have a Players Club card should be aware that lottery tickets are 'bearer tickets', which means anyone can redeem prize winnings if they present a winning ticket.

Congratulations, you've had a win!

Everyone dreams of winning a first division prize in lotto and if you win, you want to know about it. Play with your Players Club card and if you win first division, we'll call to tell you the good news.
