Winners Circle card members are notified of any minor prizes that have not been claimed when using their Winners Circle card at a Golden Casket Outlet, and will also receive a cheque automatically posted to them 4 weeks after the draw, for any prizes not already claimed.
You will need to complete a Player Prize Claim form. Once you have downloaded and completed the form, enclose your ORIGINAL winning lotto tickets and/or Instant Scratch-Its tickets, remembering to keep copies for your own records. Secure the Prize Claim Form and your original winning lotto tickets in an envelope, affix a postage stamp and post to:
