how to cancel tickets

cancellations for tickets purchased online can be made up to the close of the draw.

• Login and click on the Ticket History option in the Account menu
• Click the red X beside the ticket you wish to cancel then confirm you wish to cancel the ticket
• Your Account balance will be updated to display the refund amount for the value of your cancelled ticket. The status of your ticket in your Ticket History will be displayed as Cancelled.
