what is a Tatts.com account?
A Tatts.com account is allocated to each member and is used to store details relating to your funds deposits, withdrawals, winnings and your personal and contact details. When depositing & withdrawing money, or updating your personal details, you will do this in your Tatts.com account. Money in your account is always displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD).
how does my account work?
To access your Account, login with the Username (email address) and Password setup when you joined. You can access your account at any time by logging in and clicking
what if you forget your username?
If you have forgotten your Username, you can contact our customer support.
- Enter your Username into the Username/Email field at the top of this screen and then click on the "Forgot?" link next to the Log-In button.
- You will be prompted to enter your Surname and your Date of Birth.
- If all your personal details match, you will receive an email to your registered email address, containing your new Password.
Once you have your Username and Password you can log-in again. You will be asked to change this Password to ensure the security of your Account and you will be able to start purchasing.
You can change your password at any time by clicking on the Update your Details link in the Account menu. Your password must be between 7 to 12 characters and must contain a letter and a number.
updating personal details
You are able to view and update your personal details at any time by clicking on the My Details link in the Account menu. You are unable to make changes to your name and Date of Birth, without completing Identity verification again.
account purchase limits
You can make purchases up to a maximum of AUD $1,000.00 per week. This maximum limit may be increased upon request by contacting customer support but any increase is first subject to Golden Casket's discretion.
closing an account?
You can Self-Exclude online. Visit the Self Manage link in your account menu, to go through the self-exclude process.
You can also Email your request to close your Account to customer support. You will be required to verify your Identity before being able to withdraw funds. You will then be able to withdraw the balance of your Account, less any fees or charges payable.
